Swarajya Silvers believes in providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. While we do not have a general return policy, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions as outlined below:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping, the cancellation request will not be entertained.

Swarajya Silvers does not accept return requests for any products except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, the issue must be reported to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery. The request will only be considered if the customer provides clear video proof of the package being opened at the time of delivery. After verification, the appropriate action will be taken.

If the product received is different from what was ordered, the customer must notify our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery, along with video proof of the unboxing. The team will review the complaint and decide on the best resolution.

Customized or personalized silver jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Swarajya Silvers does not offer any buyback or exchange for used silver jewelry. Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it falls under the damaged, defective, or mismatch category.

Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned item at our end. If a refund is approved, it will take 6-8 business days to be credited to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the banking and payment gateway policies.
