When will I get my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your pincode and distance from our dispatch location. Generally, orders reach within 4–7 working days. In rare or unavoidable situations, there may be a slight delay, but we’ll keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you safely

What is the return policy?
Since silver is a precious metal, Swarajya Silvers does not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact our Customer Support on the same day of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof. Please note, customized or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted immediately after placing the order once shipped, they cannot be processed. Refunds, if approved after verification, are issued within 6–8 business days. We do not offer exchanges or buybacks on used silver jewellery.
Do you offer cash on delivery option
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most of our products. However, COD may not be applicable on a few items due to product type or order value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Pan-India Shipping on all orders.
